Do they get extra credit for hosing down the deep fryer?

I've seen this phenomenon elsewhere: a fastfood restaurant getting more than a hundred percent health department rating.

Ok, even if I was on acid and the possibility seemed to real to me that a burger joint could get a perfect score...even then it wouldn't seem likely that they could get more than a hundred.

BTW, this snap was taken at a Hardees drivethrough. As far as fastfood burgers are concerned, this chain makes the best. I try to stay away from red meat these days (carcinogens, inflammation, all that), but every once in a while I hear the hamburger sirens calling to me and like the friends of Odysseus, I find myself heading toward the rocks.
