Bush on Immigration - Is this the stupidest thing a President ever said?

During his illustrious Presidency, George W. Bush has uttered many memorable...utterances, such as:

"I think we agree, the past is over."

(On his meeting with John McCain, Dallas Morning News, May 10, 2000)

"More and more of our imports come from overseas."

"Natural gas is hemispheric. I like to call it hemispheric in nature because it is a product that we can find in our neighborhoods."

"I know the human being and the fish can coexist peacefully."

And, now you can add one more to the list----

"And the truth of the matter is a lot of this immigration debate is driven as a result of Latinos being in our country."

For Bush, fight over immigration bill is personal

Scene Number Two - The Amazing Indian Stunt Horse

This is a clip I found titled "Worst Movie Scenes Ever". And I have to admit, a lot of the scenes on this clip certainly make this one a contender. The funniest, however, is probably scene number 2.

You will believe a horse can slide

Adrienne Barbeau - "Shake, Rattle, and Roll"

Adrienne Barbeau is remembered for a number of movie and TV appearances.

She was the daughter of Maude, in the awful 70's series of the same name (never cared for Bea Arthur. I always thought a better occupation for her would have involved chasing cars).

She was in the pilot episode for Fantasy Island (actually, I can't remember if it was the pilot or the first regular episode, or "Return to Fantasy Island"--sorry, drawing a blank).

She was the woman in the Lamborghini with the boobs-dying-to-be-released-from-a-zippered-jumpsuit in Cannonball Run.

She was the female lead in "Swamp Thing"

And, most recently, she had a role in the HBO series, Carnivale, which, unfortunately, was canceled (They always cancel the good shows like Firefly, Dead like me, and Deadwood).

Well, here's something I had never seen myself. Which is logical, as the scene is from an episode of Maude (I detested the show). This is as close to raunchy as 70's-era sitcom television probably ever got.

BTW, the guy with the rifle doing the pitiful song-and-dance is her character's father. You may remember him as the father in the series, "Different Strokes", a sitcom that, unfortunately, today, is only notable because the child actors from that show all seemed cursed in one way or another.
